The place, the date, the minute, and the line that goes under the sky. You see the print before you pay: nothing here is bought sight unseen.

24 hours to change your mind
Your order confirmation links to your order page. For 24 hours after payment you can ask for a change there, or cancel for a full refund. Then it goes to print – sooner, if you tell us it looks good.

We print it and send it
Archival pigment print, 30×40 cm, rolled in a rigid tube and tracked. Your ship-by date is on the checkout page, and we write to you the day the parcel leaves.

The real sky above your place, at your minute.
Thousands of stars, down to the faintest the eye can see, and the Moon – drawn in the position they really held above the place and the minute you name.

The stars come from NASA's SKY2000 catalogue, cross-checked against ESA's Hipparcos, down to magnitude 6.5 – the limit of a good eye under a dark sky. The Moon stands where it really stood. Open Stellarium, a free planetarium, set the same place and minute, and compare.

- We print exactly your preview
- You check spelling, date, local time and place on the preview before you pay, and that preview is the file we print. For 24 hours after payment you can still change it, or cancel for a full refund.
- A ship date, not a guess
- You get a named ship-by date at checkout and a message the day it leaves us. No vague 2–4 week estimate after you have paid.
- Made to hang on a wall
- Archival pigment print, 30×40 cm, rolled in a rigid tube – a standard 30×40 frame fits it. The fine star lines and the edge of the Moon are drawn at print resolution and checked on the file at the size it prints.
- Wrong or damaged, we fix it
- Damaged in transit or wrong on our side? We reprint or refund. No restocking fee and no argument.

Before you order
What exactly do you print?
The preview you saw before paying, without the watermark: the same sky, your line, the date, the local time and the place, set exactly as they were on screen. Nothing is redrawn or retyped after you pay.
What if a word, a date or a place is wrong?
Open your order page from the confirmation within 24 hours of payment and ask for a change. We render it again and you check the new version before it prints. No fee – or cancel there for a full refund.
Does it come framed?
No – it is unframed. The print is a 30×40 cm archival pigment print, rolled in a rigid tube, and any standard 30×40 cm frame fits it, so the frame is yours to choose. The room and the frame around the print at the top of our home page are a visualisation, and each print shown there is a render of the print file.
When will it arrive?
You get a named ship-by date at checkout, before you pay. A change you ask for after paying moves it, and we tell you when it does.
What happens to what I typed?
Your line, your place and your date make your print and do nothing else. Shopify is sent a reference and a price, never your sentence or your coordinates; the printer gets the finished picture and the address on the parcel. A design you start and abandon is deleted within 7 days, nothing you write trains anything, and if you ask us to erase your order we erase it in the database, the files and the backups. The privacy page sets out how long each of them lasts.
Can I send it back?
Damaged in transit or wrong on our side: we reprint or refund, with no restocking fee. A correct print of the moment you chose is the other case – it is made for you alone and cannot be sold to anyone else, which is why personalised goods carry no 14-day EU withdrawal right. That is what the preview is for: you check the file before you pay for it.
