Who you are buying from

The seller, its address and its registration are on the imprint. Which law governs this sale follows from the seat named there.

Who may order

By ordering you confirm you are 18 or older and can enter a contract in your own name.

What is sold

A single made-to-order print of the sky above the place and the minute you name, with the line you write set beneath it. The specification and the price are stated on the offer page and again at every step before you pay; the checkout names the total before you confirm it.

Nothing is held in stock. The order is a request to make one object for you, which is why the withdrawal rule below is what it is.

The preview, and what pressing Buy decides

The preview before checkout is the exact file that goes to the printer, with your line, your date, your local time and your place written out to read back. Pressing Buy on that page is your approval to print exactly that preview, and the checkout that follows is where you pay for it.

For 24 hours after you pay, your order page lets you ask for a change or cancel the order for a full refund. The link to it is shown next to your order at checkout, on the page after payment and in the order confirmation, and it works for 30 days.

A change is redrawn at no charge and shown to you again, and that version is printed only once you approve it. If you do nothing in those 24 hours, the order goes into production as you approved it at checkout. You can also tell us to start sooner.

Cancelling

Cancelled within 24 hours of payment, the order is refunded in full. A person issues the refund within two working days, back to the payment method you used. Once the order is in production it can no longer be cancelled; what is still owed then is on returns and refunds.

Delivery

You are given a ship-by date at checkout. The print clock starts when the order goes into production, at the end of those 24 hours or sooner if you tell us to start. We write the day the parcel leaves.

If something is wrong

Damaged in transit or wrong on our side: we reprint or refund, with no restocking fee. How to ask, and what counts as wrong on our side, is on returns and refunds.

Withdrawal

A correct print of the moment you chose is made for you alone and cannot be sold to anyone else, which is why personalised goods carry no 14-day withdrawal right. That is what the preview is for: you sign the file off before you pay, and the 24 hours after payment are yours to change your mind in.

Which law applies

This sale is governed by the law of the country where the seller has its seat, as named on the imprint. If you buy as a consumer, that choice does not take away the protection the mandatory rules of the country where you live give you.

Settling a dispute out of court

If we cannot settle a complaint between us, you can take it to an out-of-court dispute resolution body. The European Commission lists them by country at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies. You can also complain to the consumer protection authority of the country where you live or of the country where the seller has its seat. None of this replaces your right to go to court.

What we do with what you type

Your line, your place and your date make your print and do nothing else. The privacy page says how long each of them is kept, who else ever sees them, and how to have them erased.
